Party Time Rentals is a full service rental shop with everything you need to plan your special event.  From a casual back yard barbecue to a formal wedding reception, we can handle it all!

Tents can play a big part in any event.  They can shelter guests from the rain or provide cool shade from the sun.  When guests first arrive and see a tent, they know something special is about to happen.  We have tents and canopies for all occasions and can even accommodate the “do it yourselfer”.

We have a variety of over the counter canopies for customer pick-up and set-up.  These canopies come with easy set-up instructions and include the following sizes:  10x10 EZ-Ups, 20’x20’, 20’x30’ and 20’x40’.  Colors include red and white, blue and white, green and white, maroon and white, yellow and white and solid white.  Side Walls are not included in our prices for over the counter canopies but are available at an additional cost.

Our wedding and party tents are solid white Epic pole tents which are set-up by Party Time.  Pole tents tend to be visually appealing with high peaks, smooth lines and not a lot of metal work to look at.  Pole tents have a center pole to support the fabric structure.  Cathedral window and solid side walls can be added to all of our pole tents.
